As soon as I used this product it soothed the redness in my dog's ears and cleaned the black waxy stuff out. I was quite shocked how well it did clean, as having owned dogs for 40+ years, I have quite alot of experience with products on the market, as to wether they will do the required job.My dog has very long ears and hates anything being put in her ears due to a bad experience as a puppy with the vet, so I squeezed some onto a cotton wool pad and cleaned the ear that way, just so she gets used to it happening and learns to trust again.Time will tell if the anti-fungal agent will work, as I've only used it twice and so far she seems to quite enjoy the experience.The product slightly foams up and certainly gets all the sticky black wax off. The black wax is an overbuild up of yeast in the dogs gut, so therefor it is an overload of the system and we have recently changed her diet to an all meat diet so hopefully should see results with this too, but this product certainly soothes the situation for her ears in the meantime.I will update if it stays at bay.

Molly my wire fox terrier was having wax build up after an ear infection, tried the cleaners for vets, good but not cleaning the blockage, tried pet store cleaners‚ . still no joy. But after using this cleaner I was just amazed at the stuff I got out of her ear on the very first application, the picture with orange cloth was what came out. Used it every second day for 8 days. Now the yellow cloth is all the wax that comes out. This product works very well and has stopped the ear scratching on that ear completely. Top marks.
